Can I change one product for another in a current order?

 

Yes, of course. To do so, follow the same procedure described for adding an item to a current order. Fill in the form as soon as possible and let us know which items you want to replace.

Can I add an item to a current order and save on shipping costs?

 

Certainly. You can do so by contacting our staff as quickly as possible, filling in the following form , providing us with your first name, surname, e-mail address (which must match those given in the original order) and telling us which products you wish to add. However, in this case, payment for the extra items can only be made in cash on delivery (please note: cash on delivery payment costs an extra 6 Euros, which need not be added if you had already chosen this payment method in the original order).

Can I cancel an order?

 

You can cancel one or more products from your order for any reason and at any time before the shipping procedure begins. To do so, fill in the form as soon as possible to inform us of your decision to cancel. Reimbursement will be made directly to your credit card or Paypal account.

How do I place an order?

 

The virtual cart means you can visit the website and select all the items you are interested in. Each product information page offers the option to add the product to your basket. You can put all the products you want into the cart, be they books, CDs or DVDs. Once you have found everything you were looking for, you go to the checkout, just as you would in a real shop, to register and pay for your purchases, following the simple instructions provided: it couldn't be easier! If you are a new customer, enter your e-mail address and choose a password, then proceed to open your new account. If you have already ordered items from Gurdjieff.es in the past, simply enter your e-mail address and password.

I would like to see what the study notes look like. Can I have a free copy to look at?

 

Certainly. You can download issue 0 directly here. This option is only available to registered users. Our Study Notes all have the same number of pages and the same graphical layout. By downloading issue 0 you can get an idea of the material you are buying. Issue 0 is in PDF format and can be printed.

If I don't like the products purchased, can I return them and get a refund?

 

Certainly. Gurdjieff.es refunds purchases up to a maximum of 10 publications ordered. The customer has 7 days to return the goods to us at the following address:

Refunds will only be given for goods returned as new. 
Refunds will not be given for theatre tickets after the date of performance, or for annual packages and subscriptions, due to their intrinsic continuity.

My cart will not accept the items I want to buy. What should I do?

 

Does your browser support cookies? If not, the purchasing procedures on Gurdjieff.es will be unable to communicate with your browser. Gurdjieff.es uses cookies to follow your order. When you add an item to your basket, a cookie is saved on your computer which identifies your purchasing session, using an identification number that is registered on our safe server. The basket contains the names and details regarding the items you have chosen. When you complete your order, our system checks your cookie, identifies your basket and displays the information on our screen; after that, you can confirm your order and we can dispatch it.
