Can I send an order to an address other than my own?

 

Yes, you can choose to have your order delivered to a different address from the one you provided when you opened your account, for example you could receive your package at work, or send a gift to someone far away. At the time of ordering, a form will appear in which you can enter the delivery details. This form is pre-filled with the details of the person placing the order, but it can be changed by entering the required address. If you change the destination country, the shipping costs will be recalculated automatically.

How long are delivery times?

 

To work out when you will receive your order, you need to take into account the availability of the items as well as the shipping times.  Here is the formula you should use:

 

Availability time + shipping time = total delivery time


Usually, the items you find on our website are already in stock. If not, you will be contacted and notified of the delay by one of our staff. Shipping times vary, depending on whether the delivery is made by the courier SEUR, or through the postal service. Courier delivery times are between 24 and 48 hours (plus 24 hours' sourcing time). Postal delivery times are considerably longer, ranging from 7 to 14 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

 

Shipping costs are calculated according to Spanish tariffs for delivery abroad.  

If you choose to ship with the Spanish courier SEUR, you can consult their website and calculate the shipping price using this form (also available in English).

Is it possible to specify an exact day or time of day for delivery?

 

Unfortunately not. All deliveries are made either by express courier or through the national post office, and either way, deliveries are made throughout the day following systems of organisation over which Gurdjieff.es has no control. For this reason you should provide an address where there is always someone available to receive the package. If there is not always someone available to sign for delivery at your home address, we recommend that you provide a different address, such as an apartment block with a concierge, your place of work, etc. 

 

In case of absence, the postal worker will leave notification, enabling you to collect the goods from your nearest post office.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

 

If the items purchased do not reach you within the specified times, contact our help desk . We will verify the situation by contacting the relevant delivery company.
